Meet The Team
Neil Fawcett - General Manager
Neil is Rise’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for day to day operations. Neil Fawcett holds an Associates Licence in Commercial, Property Management, Residential and Rural Real Real Estate in Alberta. He has worked in the field of Real Estate and Property Management in Alberta for over 20 years and holds CPM®, ARM®, CERE, and ACM designations. Neil is an instructor and faculty member for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). Neil also holds an Honours B.A. in English from St. Frances Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
Neil also loves a good pun and is an avid chef. When he’s not teaching, writing or building Rise, he can be found travelling, reading or spending time with his family.
