Your Career as a Rural Real Estate Associate

Rural real estate encompasses agribusiness operations such as farms, ranches and food processing facilities. Due to the nature and complexity of these transactions, real estate professionals who specialize in rural real estate must be knowledgeable in topics such as land use, agribusiness operations, soil and climatic conditions, utility services, water and waste management, tax implications, as well as a range of environmental issues and related legislation. Previous agricultural experience or training is an asset.
